THE MAJOR 

To finish a noteworthy in ladies' studies, an understudy must take at least ten courses. There are two required courses: 

• Thinking Gender: An Introduction to Feminist Theory (WST 199S) 
• Senior Seminar (WST 499S)

• 367S. Women's activist Ethics 
• 368S. Sex, Sexuality and Human Rights 
• 369S. Transnational Feminism 
• 370S. Eccentric Theory 
• 371S. Sex, Sexuality and the Image 

The staying four courses are electives and may be browsed other Women's Studies offerings. 

Understudies may take close to two autonomous study courses, which must be affirmed by the Director of Undergraduate Studies.
